My flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend and I’m looking for someone to take on the second bedroom in our apartment .

This is the larger of two bedrooms in a modern, high-spec two-bedroom apartment in Nine Elms very close to Battersea power station . The building is only around two years old and finished to a high standard, with underfloor heating, comfort cooling (air conditioning), a large living area and a private balcony.

The room comes with two large built-in wardrobes and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and shower. The existing bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers can be left in place or removed if you have your own furniture.

The building offers exceptional amenities including:

Location-wise, it’s situated on Nine Elms Lane, around a 5-minute walk to Battersea Power Station and its Underground station, and 8 minutes to Nine Elms Underground station. There are plenty of great brunch spots, coffee shops and restaurants nearby, as well as rooftop and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Bills are around £150 a month per person plus a cleaner on top every few weeks .

Looking for a like minded friendly, clean , considerate professional who works regular hours preferably office based or hybrid.
I like to travel as often as possible so will frequently be away at weekends and would like someone similar .
