I'm looking for a tenant to share this apartment who will take this double room with its own bathroom for a few months. The apartment is two bed, two bath, and I have my own ensuite. The apartment is in a lovely modern building in Battersea, with loads of natural light and the bedroom opens out to a huge balcony with an incredible view!

There is a concierge, gym and co-working space with a bookable private conference room downstairs which is really convenient.

The apartment is very close to the river so you can enjoy walking or running along the Thames path. It's a 10-15 minute walk to all lovely cafes around Clapham Junction and the over ground station which gets you into Waterloo in 10 mins. Battersea Park, Clapham Common and Wandsworth park are all walking distance so lots of choice of green space.

There a Co-op (3 min) and Tesco express (5 min) walk and all the big supermarkets Waitrose, M&S and Sainsbury's up at Clapham Junction. There are lots of bus routes nearby, so the location is very convenient.

Council tax is Wandsworth band F.

The landlord requires a check and there's a small fee to put your name on the contract.
