Large double bedroom available to rent in Battersea. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.

The house is located on a main road which has numerous bus links to Victoria, Vauxhall and South Kensington. Its a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.
Nearby is the beautiful Battersea Park which is roughly a 6 min walk.

The communal areas consist of a good size kitchen with space to eat, a bright and spacious living room, a bathroom with shower (no bath) and a second toilet downstairs.
Despite having a hallway our landlord would not want bikes stored there so there is no bike storage within the house. Public bike parking is available within a two minute walk or across the road.

You will be sharing the house with two other housemates, one female and one male. After 8 years living here and calling it home it's time for a new chapter for me. It has been a brilliant place to live and a super location

We are looking for a clean, tidy, fun, considerate and professional housemate who isn't into partying as we value our peaceful home.

The rent is £767 per month and due on the 30th of every month.
Bills are not included and are roughly £130pm. They include council tax (Band D)
Gas & electric, water and Internet.

Required upfront is deposit which equates to 4 weeks rent which goes into the rent deposit scheme.
