Double in a spacious open-plan flat

I’m looking for a new roommate for a lovely new build, 2 bed (2 bath) flat in Battersea.

The room is a spacious double, fully furnished with built-in-wardrobes. The main bathroom, complete with bath, is located next to the bedroom and will be for your sole use.

We have a large open plan living room and a great kitchen (with lots of gadgets).

The flat has an open-plan layout and has a great lounge/kitchen/dining room, perfect for cooking and entertaining, with all new appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. It also has its own balcony and a shared roof terrace. The building has a secure storage room for bikes.

I'm 32 and am looking for a friendly flatmate. The flat has just been repainted (so it looks even better than these photos) we have a cleaner so it’s clean and tidy.

I work from home one day a week, and would quite like someone who also goes into the office at least half the time. I keep quite busy and the flat is my relaxing space. It would be great to live with someone who likes the use the flat as a chilled space for watching tv, cooking and generally recharging from London life.
