Hi my name is Mamta (42yo) and thanks for reading my ad. I’m a chilled live in landlord who rents out 2 of 3 rooms in my flat situated on the 20th floor (after last flatmate lived with for 12 years and has now bought her own home ).
Currently I have a room available for the right person.
I’m pretty laid back , respectful of space and privacy, tidy and friendly . Your potential flatmate (39yo Lithuanian moved in 2020) is pretty similar but does travel from time to time so we don’t mind you bringing friends over once in a while.

Please note we are not a wild party house. Truth be told not big on cooking so if you love cooking and wanna have the kitchen it’ll mostly be for your use 😁 We are non smokers and would prefer a non smoker to live with us . We both work in finance/ accounting . Interests are travel, reading, art, museums, architecture, cinema, yoga , theatre, going to restaurants, music & generally other fairly normal things .
