En suite double room right next to Battersea Park

Hi! looking for someone to join us mid to end of February as our current flatmate is leaving us for the US! You’d be living with Rachel (27, Events Management) and Matt (30, Private Equity). We’re quite driven, love a pub trip and into our fitness (in a non-unbearable way) 🏃‍♂️🍺

All we ask is:
- You’re clean
- Of similar age, no preference to gender
- No couples
- Not a serial killer
- Will join us now and then for some shenanigans 🕺Open to flat meals, drinks or TV night (currently binging Say Yes to the Dress)

House sells itself, a minute walk to Battersea Park and half a minute to the Prince Albert (!!). The house has a super spacious kitchen/living room, underfloor heating throughout, a roof terrace (in the process of getting furniture lol), sound systems and Samsung appliances throughout the kitchen.
Your room is a double with an en-suite and built in storage.
The area is super nice and you have everything you need within walking (or short lime bike) distance.

Rent is £1200 per month, excluding bills. Bills are typically around £110 (we fall within the Wandsworth council tax bracket 😏)
