En suite double room right next to Battersea Park

Hi! Moving out of this amazing house and looking for someone to take my place from Early October. I've loved living here but couldn't turn down the opportunity to move in with my cousin at their place!
You’d be living with Jenna(Marketing Management) and Matt (Private Equity). They're both the perfect housemates, clean considerate and quiet but always up for a laugh or a trip to the pub.

House sells itself, a minute walk to Battersea Park and half a minute to the Prince Albert (!!). The house has a super spacious kitchen/living room, underfloor heating throughout, a roof terrace, sound systems and super modern kitchen.

(Photos of the room to come) Your room is a double with built in wardrobes/storage. We each have our own bathroom, yours is just outside the bedroom. Enough room for a desk but there's also a shared desk in the living room. Jenna and Matt both WFH 1/2 times a week and would be looking for someone with a similar pattern.
The area is super nice and you have everything you need within walking (or short lime bike) distance.

Rent is £1250 per month, excluding bills. Bills are typically around £110 (we fall within the Wandsworth council tax bracket )
