Hi! I’m looking for a long-term (min 1 year) joint tenant for this beautiful, fully furnished and very central 2-bedroom flat. Your room would be the one in the pictures and your name will be in the tenancy agreement with the agency alongside mine. My flatmate has sadly had to return to the US so we’re looking for her substitute. Really affordable for the area and only 3 mins walk to Battersea Park. Looking for a clean, respectful, non-smoker to share this nice flat with.

Fully furnished, renovated 2-bedroom flat with wooden flooring:
- Room with a double bed, desk and chair, and plenty of storage! The room has wall-to-wall windows with gorgeous views and tons of natural light.
- Living room and kitchen are spacious, feel warm and welcoming and include all appliances (large wall-mounted TV with Fire TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge & freezer, microwave, electric cooker, oven, etc.).
- Bathroom with a large shower, hooks and heaps of room for toiletries.
- Hallway with 2 Storage Closets and a shoe rack.

The flat is within a short walk to Battersea Park and ~10min walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line tube/underground station). It’s also a 3-5min walk to two rail stations (Battersea Park and Queenstown Road) and next to several bus stops. In terms of outside amenities, a medium sized Tesco is 3min walk away, The Gym Group is less than 10min away, and you’ll be surrounded by great cafes, pubs, bakeries, and restaurants. There's a library 4 min away.

A bit about me:
My name’s Sean, I’m 28 years old and I’m half Irish/ half Spanish. I studied a bachelors in exercise science in Spain and I’m currently working part-time at a coffee shop while I finish my UK personal trainer certification. I like going for walks, working out, socialising, but also enjoy my video games and shows.
I've shared accommodation for years, so I'm used to being respectful regarding noise, cleanliness, and shared spaces. I consider myself social and talkative but can also keep to myself and do my own thing depending on my flatmate’s preferences.
