Alongside the bedroom, you’ll have exclusive use of a separate study/home office and your own bathroom with a bath and shower. Your bedroom, study and bathroom are all together on their own level of the flat, so you get a great amount of private space. My bedroom and ensuite are on the upper level.

The rent is £1,575 per month, which includes the bedroom plus exclusive use of the study and separate bathroom with a bath. Note the study is currently used as a spare bedroom - so in the pictures it has a small bed in it which will be removed. Bills are approximately £120 per person per month, covering council tax (Wandsworth Council), water, gas, electricity, internet and TV licence.

The rest of the flat is shared and has lots of living and entertaining space, including an eat-in kitchen, separate living room and a sunny roof terrace which has variously doubled as a gym, beer garden and sunbathing spot!

You’ll be sharing with me — I’m a working professional and have lived in the flat for four years, so it very much feels like home. I’m looking for someone who will treat it similarly: friendly, clean and respectful, but also someone I’ll genuinely get along with and enjoy living with. The vibe is much more dinner and a bottle of wine than rave and house party — sociable and relaxed, while also having our own lives and space.

The flat is in a brilliant location, right beside Battersea Park. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Battersea Park or Queenstown Road stations, around 15 minutes to the Northern Line at Battersea Power Station, and Clapham Junction and Chelsea are both an easy walk or bus ride away.
