The flat is in an exclusive development in Battersea with a beautiful communal gardens and a wonderful neighbourhood community. It is a spacious duplex with a kitchen, two living rooms on the first floor, and three bedrooms and a large bathroom downstairs.

At the moment, only one person lives there, and I am only looking for one more tenant for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Since I’m putting the property on the market, I’m only asking for £1100 per month, including all bills.
