Zone 1 - 1Bed Flat Avail From 6 May, Short Term

Hi there!

I am subletting my lovely one bedroom apartment . I’ll be away from 6-28th may, the dates could be potentially little flexible.

The price for these dates (just over 3 weeks) is 1100 all inclusive. The dates can be potentially little flexible, happy to chat and see if. I can help.

I am an artist and I have quite a few paintings in my flat atm so it's little bit busier atm than on the photos!... so please bear that in mind :) I hope you will be ok with having them around whilst you stay here..

It's a one bedroom flat with spacious bedroom, a living room going to a balcony with a roof view and a bbq, a bathroom and a kitchen.. I have lived in the flat for more than three years, it has been refurbished before I moved in so it's still nice and clean. The whole flat faces the south, so it's warm and you get a whole lot of sunshine!

The flat is furnished - bedroom has a built in wardrobe, double bed, cupboard and two bedside tables.. The living room is little bit more sparse as I am an artist and use it as my studio but it does have a sofa , a coffee table, a desk, an armchair, bar top and a bookshelf. The floor is covered with paint stains, but I normally get a carpet when I sublet.

The location of the flat is perfect, the nearest tube stations would be Bayswater, Queensway or Royal Oak. There is plenty of busses and its only 5 min walk from Hyde Park. The area is full of restaurants, amenities, supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsburys or Waitrose are both 5 min walk.. or less.. , and pubs for the evenings.
