Zone 1 Cosy Room

Hi Guys!

I have a single room available from the 16th Feb. We are looking for a female to join us. There are 3 lovely professional girls in their late 20s, from the UK, Sweden and Spain!

We are looking for somebody who is respectful and tidy but who likes to socialize, enjoy a chat. 

The flat is in a perfect location: in central London, next to Queensway and Bayswater station. It's just a 3 minutes walk from Hyde Park, and 15 minutes bus from Oxford circus! Around the flat you can find anything you need: Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Boots, etc..

In the flat there are 4 rooms, two bathrooms (one bigger and one smaller) a kitchen and a living room with sofa and tv.

The rent is £640 per month excluded of gas, electricity, water rates, council tax which are around £40-£50 per month - depends on the season!
The deposit is £200.

Room comes furnished : bed, mattress, shelves, wardrobe.
