Spacious Double Room in central London

Hi all !

My name is Paul and I'm looking for someone who would like a large double room for 1 month. The room is available from now until 31st May. It is bright and spacious, located in a flat on the first floor in central London area, Paddington. The price of the room is £600 per month (inclusive of all bills). There is no deposit needed because it's such a short time.
The room comes fully furnished, has a double size bed, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, sofa bed. The flat is by the main road but is very peaceful. The flat has 3 rooms in total and we have shared bathroom and kitchen - we don't have a cleaner but we all clean the communal areas in turns as we try to keep it clean all the time..
There are 5 tube stations within 10 min walking and plenty of buses to get you anywhere in London. Around the corner is Hyde Park and Waitrose on our doorstep.
