Flatmates:

• Clean and mindful of shared spaces; a cleaning rota is in place
• Willing to contribute to keeping the flat in excellent condition
Social Life:
The flatmates enjoy occasional wine or TV evenings together but value personal space.
Costs:
• Rent: £850/month (paid to the landlord)
• Water charges: £26.55/month ((subject to adjustment from 1st April 2024 based on Thames Water's new rates)
• Broadband: £9.20/month (subject to adjustment from 1st April 2024 based on the broadband provider's new rates)
• Cleaner: £30/month (common areas only)
• TV Licence: £4.71/month
• Council Tax: £15 per month
• Gas and electricity: £40-£60/month (managed by flatmates and paid directly to the utility company)
Service charges are covered by the landlord.
Payment Details:
The Rent (£850), Water charges (£26.55), Broadband (£9.20), Cleaner (£30), TV Licence (£4.71) and Council Tax (£15.00) are paid directly to the Landlord by setting up 6 standing orders at the start of each month.
The Gas and Electricity Bill is managed by the girls and paid directly to the Utility company. No other charges apply.
Availability & Viewings:
• The room is available from Thursday, 15th January 2026.
• Viewings will take place during block slots on 12th, 13th, and 14th December 2025 (20 minutes per appointment).
Additional Information:
• Proof of ID and a reference from your current landlord are required.
