It's a 2-bed, 1-bathroom flat with high ceilings, private street entrance, bright living room, and a large well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob, w/ separate cupboards for your own kitchen equipment).


It's located in both Zone 1 and 2, between lots of tubes; Royal Oak (Circle, Hammersmith & City), Queensway (Central), Basewater (District, Circle), and Paddington (Elizabeth, train, Bakerloo, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City). It's a short walking distance to key spots like Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and Portobello Road.

The bathroom has a massive shower, separate bathtub, heated towel rack, underfloor heating, and a new washer-dryer.
