Furnished double room available to rent, with built-in wardrobes. Bathroom to be shared with a lovely flatmate. I have an en-suite.
The flat:
Shared kitchen and living room upstairs. We give each other space to cook in peace.
The bills:
Not included the rent. Approx £150 each a month
The Square:
We have access to the most beautiful square (£126 A YEAR per flatmate for maintenance- not negotiable)
The location:
In the middle of Central London, served by no less than 5 tube stations within 10 mins walk. Hyde park is 7 mins walk away.

We are mature, independent professionals who live in a very quiet, peaceful, respectful and stress-free home. And we are looking for the same in the next person.

You are considerate about guests, restrict them to once in a blue moon and of very short duration.
