Available from 15th September at £953pcm, lease renews the 15th of October for a year at £986pcm. We are looking for someone to take over the last month of the lease and sign on permanently. You will need to pay your portion of the deposit to the leaving flatmate.

1 min from Bayswater tube station, 3 mins from Queensway station.

Sharing with 3 friends (2 guys (Brits), 1 girl (a kiwi)) ages 27-30 who are all working (Civil servants/engineering).

We've lived together for 2 years so are looking for someone that wants to be part of the house and want to find the right fit for the flat. We love a pub quiz and think we have our preferred local one locked down!

We’re all super social and clean (not OCD clean but adult clean)
