Chilled flatshare in wonderful location

A lovely 2 bedroom flat, that is conveniently located between Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill Gate, and Bayswater. It has a large shared lounge, shared kitchen, and bathroom (with bath and shower.) The room for rent has a double mezzanine bed, which allows for more space at floor level, and has a balcony off the bedroom. I have lived here for 20 years and I am looking for a full-time lodger for the spare room. I'm a yoga teacher and I am only in London 50% of the week, I travel for work frequently. I am quiet and considerate and have harmoniously shared the flat with a variety of lodgers over the last few years. The flat is a 5-minute walk from Kensington Gardens which is a fantastic park if you like to live near nature.
