Move in August | Bayswater

MOVING IN 11TH AUGUST
- Payment will be on 11.07.24
- Minimum of 6 months tenancy (at least until the end of the contract in march 2025)
- Rent 1,5k bills not including
- Save deposit is 1557,69 paid only once
- Contract until 10th march 2025 with the option of renewing
- Agency kravens (needs to sign a tendency agreement)

ps: Originally my roommate was paying 1.7k for the master bed, and me for the single bed, but i've decided to change the prices for the next six months. "You would be paying 1.5k for the master bed and the privet toilet".

*About the house*
- 1 full bathroom (mine, but a bit shared with you since its where the shower its located)
- 1 extra toilet (only yours with storage space)
- The bigger room (yours) with wardrobe, king size bed extra storage furniture.
- Lovely kitchen with great storage space.
- Dishwasher and laundry washer available
- Well have a microwave and an oven.
- Storage room for cleaning or suitcases available
- Shared living room with dinner table, couch and desk rack available.
- 2 floor with lift.
- Has a heater system
- internet system
- I usually paid a maid 2-3 month (if you could share that would be lovely)
- House bills: wifi (30.99 pounds), water (38 pounds), gas and electricity (144.45 bc my roommate uses the heater everyday, i don't use heater)

- Ps: I also bought everything for the house since the current tenant didn’t wanted to share that expanses with me =/ so it's fully equipped

*About you*
- Must be very tidy (i mean it).
- Can’t smoke, unless it’s vape.
- Needs to be able to pay upfront.
- Needs to know how to share a house.
- Must clean up after yourself.
- Must respect each other privacy.
- Girls only.
- If friends or family are visiting please let me know before hand.
- If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend also please let me know beforehand.
- No pets allowed
