Temporary Room in Notting Hill!

Hello,

I am looking for a temporary roommate for a few months months while my roommate is away. It is a cute little apartment a few minutes from notting hill gate and hyde park. It's a basement flat, so it stays cool in the summer and we have a nice back patio which let's light into both bedrooms.

I go into work everyday but like to hang out at home after work and sometimes on the weekend, although I am usually pretty busy! About once a month I have friends over for drinks or dinner but never late at night. If I come home after dark, I am quiet and respectful. I do have a boyfriend that may visit for a few days each month, but he is very nice and will probably cook for us! :)

I try to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and I hope we can work together to keep it looking nice. It is an old apartment and there are areas where some paint has peeled off the wall in the living room - but it adds character!

Bills and city tax are usually 45-100 per month depending on how much gas / electricity we use!

We are in council tax Band B
