Open bed in long term student housing

I am subletting this open bed for the Summer with the chance of renewing for the fall. (Talk to landlord to see what the options would be.) This is perfect for someone who is looking for a place to stay for a few months or needs a place to stay while they get situated in London. You will need to be a student.

There is a shared kitchen with a private cupboard for goods as well as a shared fridges.

Beautiful area just off of Bayswater with some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever rented from.

Daily cleaners take care of deep cleaning. All you are expected to do is do basic picking up after yourself

Washers and dryers on site free for residents use. Utilizes included in the monthly price. No council tax as this is student housing only.

Room is shared with 5 other gentlemen all students.
