I've been living in this flat with my roommate who is a young professional and I have decided to move out since I’m moving to another place in July . I got a nice job as a designer and the my flatmate does economic research and she is super nice and super chill. She is American 23 loves to cook, read and chat. She si also very clean and tidy we normally clean on Sunday . She goes to the office most of the days so you will have the flat for yourself

There are 2bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen 1 livingroom. All the rooms have a lot of light and are spacious.

**Extra Information:**

The Building:
The building is a bit old, but the flat is very cute. We are on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so be ready for the stairs. It's a very safe place, and most of the neighbors are between 24-31 years old.

Cleaning:
We are very clean since the agency that manages the flat is very picky and comes to check the flat every month.

The Area:
Queensway Westbourne Grove is a lovely area, 15 minutes walking from Notting Hill and Hyde Park. It's full of life and very safe. You are very well connected, with access to the District, Circle, Central, and Hammersmith lines. Plus, it's an amazing area for brunch.
