The Flat:
Share kitchen and living room upstairs.
The bills:
Not included in the rent. Approx £160 each a month.
The Square:
We have access to the most beautiful square. There is a non-negotiable fee per flatmate, which for one month would work out to be around £12.
The Location:
We are mature, independent professional, who live in a very quiet, peaceful, respectful and stress-free home, and we are looking for the same in the next flatmate.
The new flatmate:
You are quiet, respectful and trustworthy. You are considerable about guests and restrict them to rare visits. You keep the common areas clean and tidy after using them.
