Our house has 4 bedrooms split over two floors with a full-on modern bathroom per floor. We also have a large shared living room overviewing Queensway and a great roof terrace for the obvious (BBQ, chats, chilling with a drink or just lounging in the sun).
Flatmates: 2 chilled girls and one guy. 1 French, 1 Greek and 1 Turkish, all young professionals in their late 20's and early 30's. We all get along well and really enjoy our time in our great home.
The house is conveniently located with 4 tube lines within 3 minutes walk (Central, Circle, District and Hamm&City) and 24 hour bus routes. Hyde park is also within a 5 min walk.
Bills are 155GBP pcm and include elect/heating/council tax/water/Fiber internet/TV license subscription and a bi weekly professional cleaner.
The room will be available from the 15th of October onwards, but we are flexible and can negotiate alternative entry dates.
