Why This Flat?
After viewing 30-40 flats, this is the only one that meets the high standards I was used to in Canada and Australia, without an exorbitant price tag. The current tenants, a couple from Australia, had viewed over 50 places before choosing this one and have loved living here. They’re only moving because they’re relocating back home.
