We’ve just bought a new flat and the landlord has agreed to let us transfer the lease to new tenants - Dexters are the property agents who will need to run background checks etc before you move in.

Master bedroom
This room is slightly larger, with plenty of storage, and a family bathroom and full length mirror directly outside the room.

Second bedroom
This room is still also very spacious, with plenty of storage, and its own en suite shower room.

Hallway
The hallway has two large storage areas where we store suitcases and a walk in storage closet where we store larger items. There’s quite a large unused area, which can fit a full sized desk or workout area.

Living room
The living room has two cupboards and shelving either side of the fireplace. More than enough space for multiple sofas and a dining table. It’s great for hosting, as the room opens out into the corridor.
