Six week sublet in Bayswater

Hello,

I’m travelling to visit family for six weeks and want to rent my bedroom for that time.

The room has a small double bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, a dresser and has a private bathroom which has a powerful shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, food processor, slow cooker, juicer, etc. You name it and the flat has it.

The living room has a sofa, TV a dining table with four chairs and the washing machine is also in the living room.

The flat has access to a private garden that is shared by the neighbors and provides a calm atmosphere to get some fresh air. The neighbors also meet here often for coffee and socialising on the weekends.

Your flatmates during this time will be two ladies and one young gentleman who work in law, marketing and climate science.

We are a climate-conscious household where we recycle garbage and try to not waste food, water and electricity.

The flat is a walking distance from Queensway (Central Line) and Bayswater (Circle and District Lines) and there are multiple bus stops within a 10 minute walking distance.

In a short walking distance there’s Hyde Park, Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, Holland Park, and Portobello Road.

I would prefer someone who stayed the entire duration of the six weeks between 24-October and 08-December. Please get in touch if you’re interested and I hope to conduct viewings and finalise things next weekend (12-October).
