Double bedroom in Bayswater

A lovely double bedroom in Bayswater right next to Bayswater station. Private gate access to the back entrance of the building so feels very safe. Very responsible and reasonable landlord! Always responds quickly and is willing to help in anyway, have never had an issue with them.

Very high ceilings throughout the whole property which makes everything feel much bigger, we also have a little balcony/terrace attached to our kitchen, it’s in a dire state at the moment but great for growing plants/ drinks in the summer!

We have a cleaner who comes every week, she doesn’t clean our rooms however

£852 per month that goes to our landlord plus £45 bills in summer and £78 in winter (we’re trying to lower the winter bill)

The bills go into our shared house account and covers our cleaner, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and any other little bits we need, it doesn’t cover personal toiletries like toothpaste etc x

Lovely open planned kitchen with a washing machine, and kitchen supplies we all use

3 bathrooms, one with a bath (this room is being redecorated)
2 shower cubicles

Lovely flat aged 23-30s definitely not a party flat! But looking for someone friendly, sociable and clean. No students unfortunately
