I will be leaving this wonderful room from mid-December (flexible on date) and looking for someone to replace me.

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, two drawers, desk with chair and a larger wardrobe so there is plenty storage room. We also have access to an amazing private garden just across the flat (key is required to access).

Rent is £950 per month excluding bills (£60-90 per month). Deposit is £900.

This is a very well-connected and safe area, and really one of the best places to live in central London – a 5-minute walk to Bayswater & Queensway station (Central Line, District & Circle Line), 10 min walk from Portobello Road Market in Notting Hill, 15 min walk to Paddington Station and Hyde Park is just a 5-minute walk from the flat!
There are several pubs, supermarkets, and gyms very close by.
