Room Steps to Hyde Park Short Term (2-3 months)

Hiya!

I am going to be away for the months of Dec and Jan (with a possible extension into Feb as well), and am looking for a tidy, responsible subletter to take care of my plants and my home:) It is located in Bayswater, just outside of the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park (Lancaster and Paddington stations are 2-5' walks away, respectively), and you'd be sharing the 2bdrm flat with an early 30s F who works in real estate. The flat has a beautiful terrace space, wood floors and huge windows throughout, and is in top form.

We are both really keen on the flatmate being a cleanly (we take our shoes off indoors type clean) and quiet "adult", as we are both very busy and treat our flat as an oasis from the madness. As neither of us bring the party home and are very respectful of each others space, we would want the same in return.

I have a video link touring the entire flat for anyone interested. First priority will go to those who can take at least the first 2 months (Dec and Jan). Rent is 1400pcm, all included.
