Looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my flat (there are only 2 bedrooms in total) I am a girl, so ideally this is for girls/women only ( no men, couples or pets). I’m happy with a short term rental, the place is ideally for someone in between flats or that is looking to rent for a few months.
The it’s a double bedroom with bills included, there is a weekly cleaning included with the rent (done by a professional cleaner). The kitchen is fully equipped, I’m happy to provide bedding and there is a desktop in the bedroom

The building is about 7 min walking to Oxford st, the Hyde park is across the road, in a gated residential community with cctv.
