Short let next to Notting Hill!-bills included!

Great double room in a large flat! you would be sharing with me (live in landlord) but I have an en suite bathroom so the main bathroom is essentially yours. The room itself has a double bed, chest of drawers and a hanging rail only (no wardrobe!!!)

The flat is quite minimalist and modern in style (see photos). Large living room and fully equipped kitchen.
Super close to the tube (Royal Oak 2 mins walk, bayswater 5 mins, Queensway 7 mins, and buses stop outside. There is a large Waitrose right opposite the flat and the block itself is really safe with a porter 7 days/week. Kensington gardens/hyde park are both a short walk away and lots of cafes/bars in the immediate vicinity.

looking to rent the room as a short let so would be suitable for those who are in between flats or coming to London for. a short period. It is a home and not an office so it wouldn't work for people who wfh every day - sorry. Includes council tax, heating (great while it’s freezing outside!), hot water and electricity.

No pets/smokers. Please note there is no cleaner so you are expected to share the cleaning!
