Double room with private terrace in 3 bedroom flat (1 female, 1 male flatmate) in Bayswater. Room is fully furnished as pictured (minus tv and tv stand). You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the flatmates.

Rent is £1,235 per month, bills on top plus we have a cleaner coming once a week. Available from 1st February.

Great location - 10 min walk from Bayswater (circle and district), Lancaster gate (central) and Paddington stations. Lot of restaurants, pubs, groceries around. Hyde park 10 min walk. Flat is on the sixth floor with lift.

I’m looking to sublet my room for 2 months with potential to extend for new contract starting in April. Both flatmates will be staying but I’m moving in with my boyfriend so looking first to sublet for 2 months with intention that you’d sign onto the new contract from April.
