All bills are included in the monthly rate. Including use of washing machines. Fridge in every room and a sink as well.
House is for students aged 18-30. English is main language spoken but we have students from all around the Commonwealth at the House. ID required.
There is a twin room available if in a couple - priced at £700 per person per month. All bills included.
House is completely non-smoking/vaping internally but you can smoke on the patio or out the front.
Live in staff and there is a dog (poodle) at the House that belongs to a staff member. Non-shedding breed.
There is storage for push bikes on the patio area. eBikes/scooters/mopeds and their batteries are not allowed at the House in any form.
