Nice furnished single room in the heart of Bayswater, and by Notting Hill in Zone 1! Great light, very quiet, comfortable and clean, yet central. 10 min walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

Genius location! Fantastic transport links, particularly for commuters. 5 min to Royal Oak, 10 min walk to Bayswater or Queensway tube or Paddington or take a bus from outside the door. (Tube: District and Circle, Hammersmith&City, Central, Elisabeth, Bakerloo Line, Heathrow Express, many buses in front of the door).

Amazing amenities as this is practically Notting Hill. Restaurants, super markets all in front of your door

Only looking for a new tenant as the previous one is moving jobs, it has worked really well for everyone!

Ideally looking for a Mon- Friday (for less than advertised here) but am flexible :) that of course would be less money!

Suitable for professionals that don’t work from home, ideal for a commuter needing access to a conveniently located space for a few days a week. All airports and train stations easily accessible, Heathrow 40 minutes door to door, Gatwick / Stansted/Luton 1.5h with direct tube and train connections . Eurostar from St Pancras 20 minutes with a direct tube minutes from the flat. Liverpool Street and Bank and Canary Wharf (city) direct tube within 30 min.
Paddington with Elizabeth, Bakerloo and main trains 12 minutes walk or direct bus in front of house.

No pets.

Will be sharing with a professional female. I would think of myself as easy to get along g with and like to keep the place clean and quiet but a comfortable home for everyone :)
