Double room in spacious flat close to Hyde park

A lovely double bedroom in Bayswater right next to Bayswater Station, available to move in on the 21st July. Also only a 5-minute walk from Queensway Station (Central Line), and one stop from Paddington Station. The flat is extremely central and in a super nice, safe area. Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Kensington and the Little Venice Canals are all nearby, as well as loads of pubs and restaurants. I’ve lived here for two years now and it’s a great location,

The room comes furnished with a double bed, and a wardrobe. Our landlord recently replaced all the bedroom carpets so these are new. It has a tall window, and there are very high ceilings throughout the whole property, which makes everything feel much bigger. We also have a little balcony/terrace attached to our kitchen-great for growing plants/drinks in the summer!

Lovely open-plan kitchen with a washing machine and kitchen supplies we all use. For groceries, there’s a big Waitrose just around the corner, plus a medium-sized Tesco Express, and several smaller Tesco's/ Sainsbury's as well as a small M&S 30 seconds from our flat!

Private gate access to the back entrance of the building makes it feel very safe.

Very responsible and reasonable landlord! They always respond quickly and is willing to help in any way. We’ve never had an issue with them.

The rent is £911 per month (£956 with bills). The additional £45 per month goes into our shared house account and covers our cleaner, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and any other little bits we need. It doesn’t cover personal toiletries like toothpaste or toiletries. The flat has 3 bathrooms, one with a bath (this room is being redecorated) and 2 shower cubicles.
You're more than welcome to make the room your own and decorate and paint however you'd like.

Everyone is quiet, aged 23-30s. This is definitely not a party flat! We’re looking for someone friendly, sociable and clean. No students, unfortunately.

We also have a cleaner that comes every week to clean all common areas.

Reference checks will be required and cost £50.

Viewings will start from 26th May on weekends mostly as I'm working Monday to Friday. I could potentially do some viewings after 7pm on weekdays if I'm able to.
