A lovely double room available in a modern, friendly 3-bed flat just a short walk from Notting Hill, Paddington, and Hyde Park.

Every tube station is near by getting home from anywhere is so quick and easy!!
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large oak desk, lamp, large built in floor to ceiling wardrobe and a large window that lets in lots of natural light.

The bathroom is a large family bathroom with a bath, shower and lots of storage space. The bathroom will be shared with only one other very clean flatmate.

The flat is very modern recently refurbished and painted with a spacious open plan kitchen/living room. The flat is well furnished and has a homey feel.

All shared supplies are included, toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, etc.

The area is very safe!! I feel safe walking home late at night, the surrounding flats are full of families and young people all who are part of a neighbourhood watch/community group.

Building amenities
Park, children’s playground, table tennis, basketball court, front door balconies. Summer enrichment activities in green spaces, community safe guards who patrol the building at night, regular outdoor cleaners.

We are both in our early 20s, working professionals. We are fun, outgoing and love a good get together, and like our home to feel homey and relaxing.

We both are creative, love art museums, cooking, thrifting cute trinkets and decor for the flat. We met through renting and have lived together for 8 months and have become good friends :)

We are easy going but prioritise cleanliness and organisation, we love a good flat movie night or dinner and the occasional party/gathering. We are looking for a lovely person to build a friendship with and for them to join our little flat family :)

Bills are approx £120-£150 ( high speed wifi, heating <we keep it on in the winter> electricity, water, tv licence)
