Double bedroom in Victorian building - Bayswater

Cozy two bedroom two bathroom apartment!

First of all, thank you for reaching out! I am sharing below a video of the flat, with some pictures!

Logistics:
- The flat is in Bayswater ). We are 5-10 minutes walk away from Circle, District, Central, Elisabeth, Bakerloo, and Hammersmith Line.
- This is a sublet, from September 2025 - to April 2026 (exact dates are flexible, this is just a timeframe).
- The rent is set at 1200£ with other expenses on top (council tax, electricity, water)
- As this is a sublet, one of the four wardrobes will be used to store the things of the girl you are taking over the room from. (If you need more space, we can arrange something different, but this would be ideal).
- Cleaning - we have one of those silly robot vacuums, so a bit of cleaning is automatic. Ideally it would be great if you are interested in splitting a cleaner to come once every 2-3 weeks for a deep clean! (Not necessary of course :)
