5 months lease Zone 1. Big Room

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for 5 months from 1st of September (or end of August) to end of January .

Due to some personal issues I’m away for 5 months. Therefore I am looking for a clean and responsible Individual to take over my room for 5 months. Asian will be advantageous.

I will have a closest locked in the room while I’m away (not shown in the video). However drawers will be emptied and room will be emptied for you to use.

Since you will be taking over my lease for 5 months. You will have to pay full 5 months rent in advance.

The location is perfect, extremely convenient. You have 3 tube stations, closest one is Royal Oak. Bayswater, Queensway station and Paddington station are all within 10 minutes walking distance.

There is a Waitrose opposite the building, and Sainsbury and Tesco are both within 10 minutes walk. We are very close to Notting Hill. Lovely neighbourhood. There is a gym next door which is around 30-40£ per month. Pure gym is also within 10-15 minutes walk max. 1 Rebels is opposite our flat, and some Pilates studio:)

You will be living with 1 couple and 1 male working professional. They are all very quiet you can barely hear anything. If you are looking for a party flat I’m afraid this might not work.

There is no living room as this is my room.

If I find the right person, dates are flexible :) but has to be minimum 5 months.
