The room in question is large and has some fitted, open cupboards and room to add further. There is a double bed and plenty of room to add cupboard and/or desk to suit.

The entirety of the downstairs is shared and furnished.

The galley kitchen includes a gas cooker and hob, currently without a microwave. The freezer space is somewhat limited.

The only bathroom is shared.

Single other flatmate (myself) in the only other room.

The street ends in a closed cul-de-sac with pedestrian access to the streets beyond, keeping traffic down.
