Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate for a short-term let (1 to 6 months).
I'm 30, a professional working in children’s mental health, and currently the sole occupant of the flat.
The available bedroom comes with a sofa bed (a large single W1,25cm x L2m), but you're welcome to bring your own bed if you prefer. The room also comes with a private bathroom for your exclusive use.
The flat is bright, modern and spacious approx 90sqm, in excellent condition with all amenities and is located on the ground floor. It features a small private balcony, great for some fresh air. There’s also good shared storage space, and a weekday concierge.
Please note: I have a friendly cat, so animal lovers are a plus!
Rent includes all bills – heating, water, council tax, Wi-Fi, and even weekly cleaning of the flat.
