Bayswater - Furnished ensuite double room to let

Hi! I am offering up a lovely double ensuite room to let in Bayswater whilst I am away travelling for four months (December '25 -March '26).

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and bedside table, a standing desk with twin monitors, a small chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe/storage space. You will have an ensuite bathroom for your personal use. The living room and kitchen are shared. All bills are included, including fast fibre broadband.

The flat itself is in Alexandra Court, an apartment block just off Queensway. There is a porter service Mon-Fri. The location is truly excellent, seconds away from multiple shops, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets. Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park are a 5 minute walk away and multiple tube stops are nearby, including Bayswater (1 min), Queensway (5 min), Royal Oak (12 min) and Paddington (15 min).

This is not a party house, but is meant to be a warm, calm and friendly home from which you can navigate the world. While I am away you will be living with my flatmate Anna, who is from Poland and very lovely! We're ideally imagining someone who is considerate, reliable, and respectful.
