This flat is in Bayswater/Queensway (Female Only). A bright double room is available in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat with a shared living space. Full size kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, and washer. The flat is in an amazing location—one block from Bayswater Station and Queensway Station, just steps from Hyde Park, and within easy walking distance of Paddington Station. (Please note the blue wallpaper cannot be changed)

I’ve lived in the flat for the past year and really love it. My current roommate is moving out as she’s a bit older and is now looking to live on her own.

I’m looking for a female roommate who enjoys a quiet, respectful home. I enjoy tennis, any studio classes, walks in Hyde Park, the occasional girls’ night out, movie nights in, and meeting new people!
