Cozy double bed in Bayswater 💌

Hii,

We are a household of 4 girls in their 20s all of whom are working in London. Unfortunately one of us is moving back home to New Zealand and so we’re looking for a like minded girl to come and join us ☺️

Although we have quite different schedules, we always try and make time to catch up in the living room in the evenings. We also like to watch series together, go out for coffees/walks/picnics in the park or go out for dinner. We like to keep the flat tidy (especially the communal areas) but are also very chill! 🥰

The room up for grabs is a cozy double bed, with the bathroom being shared with one of us. The neighbourhood is really lovely and safe as the flat is a 5-mins walk from Bayswater (circle and district line) and Queensway (central) stations, and Hyde park. Royal Oak and Paddington are also a 10-minutes walk away!!

Bills aren’t included in the rent but come to about £100 per month, might be slightly more during the winter (includes a fortnightly cleaner).
