Double room 30s from Bayswater station

A spacious, high-ceiling double bedroom has just opened up in our amazingly located apartment in a gated road just off the intersection of Queensway and Moscow Road.

We're looking for another friendly, considerate and ideally long-term flatmate ready to move in on 20th March, although there might be some lee-way to move slightly earlier if needed.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, multiple drawers, a large wardrobe + desk and has a large window looking out onto the back of the building so it's surprisingly quiet considering the location.

Broadband, council tax and most other bills are included in rent but we do also all contribute £45 which pays for a weekly cleaner, any house necessities like hand soap, kitchen+toilet rolls, washing machine detergent and anything else that comes up.

You'll be sharing with very clean and mature but also easy going and thoughtful flatmates; we're all professionals and with varied schedules so the flat is very quiet most of the time!

The flat has 3 toilets and 2 shower rooms so you'll never end up queuing, and as everyone is on different schedules you'll never need to wait to do some cooking either.

The kitchen just got refitted with a brand new oven so it works great, and also had a new washing machine put in too; all the other amenities are here as well - microwave, toaster, an electric hob and loads of different communal pots+pans.
