1 Room in a flat share (females preferred)

This is an absolutely spectacular property. My current flatemate is moving out. The flat is 10 min walk away from Paddington , 7 min from Bayswater, 8 min from Royal Oak and 10 min from Queensway underground station. Loads of amenities near the area. Many coffee shops and restaurants are near the area. Waitrose, Sainsburys and M&S are a stone’s throw away. Bus stop right in front of the property.

The flat has a large living room and a spacious kitchen. The room is furnished with bed and 2 wardrobes. You will have your own separate bathroom.

The bills come up to around £150-£170 per month per person depending on the season for electricity, gas, council tax and wifi. The water bill is included which is a great plus.

If you are an easy going and tidy person, we will get along. I work from home three days a week. I tend to have my own plans for the weekend but I also like to stay in some weekends.
