A spacious, high ceiling double bedroom available in an amazingly located apartment in a gated road just off the intersection of Queensway and Moscow Road.

Looking for someone to take on my tenancy from September 21st, but can be flexible on move-in dates if you wanted to move in sooner.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, multiple drawers, a large wardrobe + desk, with a large window looking out onto the back of the building meaning the room is amazingly quiet for where it is.

Broadband, council tax and most other bills are included in the rent but we all also contribute £45 a month which goes towards a weekly cleaner, any house necessities like hand soap, kitchen + toilet rolls, washing machine detergent and anything else that comes up.

You’ll be sharing with very clean and mature but also easy going and thoughtful flatmates; they’re all professionals and with varied schedules meaning that the flat is quiet a lot of the time.

The flat has 3 toilets and 2 showers so you’ll never end up queuing, and as everyone is on different schedules you’ll never need to wait to do any cooking either.

The kitchen just got refitted with a brand new oven so it works great, also had a new washing machine put in too. All the other amenities are here also - microwave, toaster, an electric hob, and loads of communal pots and pans.
