I'm looking for a flatmate to take over the second bedroom in our lovely 2-bed flat, as my current flatmate is unfortunately leaving the UK. Happy to show a full video on request!

* Overlooks quiet gardens, so it's incredibly peaceful with virtually no noise. It's also a very safe area.

* Landlord is extremely responsive and lives in the same building, fixes any issues/ makes an appointment for us usually within 24 hours
* High speed wifi with community fibre

* Just above Hyde Park and close to Notting Hill
* 10–12 minutes' walk to Bayswater, Paddington, Queensway, and Royal Oak stations, so access to the Elizabeth, Circle, District, Central, Bakerloo, and Hammersmith & City lines

* Supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, and all other everyday amenities are within easy walking distance

I'm 24, originally from Hong Kong, and work in finance. I enjoy trying new restaurants, staying active, going out with friends, and travelling when I can.
