Double room, with shared bathroom, on top floor of well furnished house. Sharing bathroom with a female hence request for a female flat mate, Plenty of light and bedroom opens out onto roof terrace. Two wardrobes one in corridor, one in bedroom, plenty of storage drawers under the bed and chest of drawers as well. Very quiet yet just minutes from assorted amenities of Notting Hill and Queensway such as cinema, Turkish baths, assorted shops and Portobello antique and fruit and vegetable markets. Kensington Gardens is five minutes away for sunny days or early morning runs.
The house is my home so has some lovely furniture and I look forward to sharing it with someone who appreciates such. The kitchen is well equipped and flooded with light from the back of the house.
There is a separate utility room and a cleaner. by arrangement, generally every few weeks.

The utility bills that are not included come to around £60 pcm.
