Hi! I am looking for someone to fill a spare room in our 3 - bed flat as I am moving out!
Location:
The flat is located in Gallions Reach, Beckton, East London. It is a 3 minutes walk to the Gallions Reach Station, bus stop is outside the building, Co-op right next to it, Retail Park (Tesco Extra) is 10 minutes by bus, River Docklands with beautiful views is a 5 minute walk and it is 30 minutes to Central London.
The flat:
The flat is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom and is located on the 1st floor of the building. The kitchen is well-equipped with lots of storage space and a dishwasher as well. The living/dining room is bright and spacious, leading onto a balcony. The available room is fully furnished, with a double-bed, large closet and space under the bed for storage. There is also room for a desk if you want to work from home. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one flatmate.
Flatmates:
The two flatmates are very sweet young professionals – both Pakistani girls (aged 26 and 27). Both work from home 2 days a week. They are very tidy and respectful of personal space but also sociable and looking to make friends with the new tenant. Some of the things they enjoy doing together are going for walks, movie nights and visiting galleries.
Contract:
Move in would be from 30th July but can be flexible. I am subleasing for 3-6 months with the possibility to extend.
Rent:
The rent for Bedroom 2 is £980 including bills. The holding deposit is £200 which is refundable when you are moving out. Notice period is 1 month for both parties.
