The deposit is 5 weeks rent - £779.

The room is good size, with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and space for a desk. The room has both WiFi and ethernet broadband for super fast connection.

We have TWO bathrooms and TWO toilets, a shared kitchen and a cosy communal lounge. Washing machine/dryer, fridge freezer, gas cooker and microwave.

We also have super-fast 950Mb Virgin broadband, cable HDTV (inc TiVo!), all mod cons, a little garden and we live opposite a nice pub... great for a glass of wine in the sun now they are open again!

There is also a brand new Anytime Fitness gym, 1 min walk away which is very handy and has the latest equipment.

VERY close to Chiswick Park tube (Zone 3). South Acton Overground and Turnham Green are both just 10 mins walk. Close to Sainsbury’s, Chiswick High Road and loads of bus routes. We also have access to Residents' Parking outside our house.
